holy shit

my head hurts.

Why is my hangover so intense?
I should barely have one because I:m still drunk.
But my head. hurts. so. much.

I can't even sleep because this damn hostel kicks us out of bed.
Anyway. I think I'll try to find a nice cup of noodles or something. In last night's outfit. Whatever.

I made it through the night.

I blame the French

I currently have 9 minutes to decide if I should go out.
This damn curfew!!!!!!!!! If I go out, I have to stay out until 6. I was planning to do this, but now... well, I overslept during my nap, and now the person I met at the hostel with whom I was going to meet another person from the hostel has gone... I don:t think she knew where my room was? Valentina and her friend said they would email me about where and when we should meet. But no email.


6 minutes til elevators shut off.

So. If I went out, it would be by myself. But it is New Year]s in Tokyo!
Is the subway open later? I don:t even know...

Ok, you know what, fuck it. Adventure time!!!!!!!!!!

If I don't post again in like a day... pray.

One hour til midnight.... have wonderful new year parties, everyone!!!!!!!

In the hostel... finally!

So after being more or less awake for about 30 hours, I finally got some sleep in the hostel. It`s pretty nice, but no one here, myself included, knew that there was a curfew here!! What the balls! An 11:00 curfew... No exception for New Year`s! I met a girl from the Czech Republic and she said I can go with her and her friends... we`re just going to stay out until 6, when the doors open up again. Pretty lame that they didn`t tell us, though.

Anyway, the view from the hostel is amazing. We`re on the 19th floor and you can see a great view of Tokyo. Looking out the windows from the train was intense... Tokyo`s just so bright!! It`s insane. I will take pictures as soon as I pick up a memory card for my camera.　Valentina, the Czech girl, and I are gonna go to Akihabara for a few things. I also need a plug adapter for my-Sara's- computer.

Well, that's about it for now I guess. It was a long ass way to get here, and I'm tired!! But I woke up at 7... sooo....

Just finishing packing...

Leaving the house in like 2.5 hours.
I'm pretty much done with everything.. just want to double check, get a couple hours of sleep, and head out!

I'm trying to decide what the best way to avoid intense jet lag... sleep on the plane? stay up?
Donno... but... at this rate I'll be pretty tired!

I have everything pretty squared away... except that my school hasn't given me money yet. My professors haven't emailed me for confirmation yet. and I'm not officially getting credit for my class. Yet.

BUT. Anyway. Don't want to think about those things right now.
Off to finish that stuff.

I need to remember batteries for my denshi jisho (...electronic dictionary).
